Calm your mind and lift your mood– a little meditation goes a long way in today’s busy world. By regular mindfulness practice you can change your mind and body  – have better mood, sleep better and focus more.

I regularly offer open meditation and mindfulness classes where you can start or continue your practice.

I can also organize a single classes or few meditation/mindfulness classes for a group of friends, family, couples or your company.
