Counselling can help you deal with many emotional problems and day-to-day worries and stresses and also long term psychological challenges like depression and anxiety or emotional eating.
Counselling can be focused both on private life and your career, including dealing with workplace stress, being more confident, finding better work-life balance or coping with burnout.

Anyone who is willing to accept help to look at themselves and their issues honestly and attentively can benefit from counselling.

You may go to counselling because you are distressed and seeking help with a specific problem like lower mood, or lack of self-esteem. You do not have to be in crisis to attend counselling sessions as counselling is also very useful to simply gain greater confidence and move forward with your life more effectively.

As a integrative counsellor I use mindfulness, compassion, positive psychology and CBT tools. During the sessions you can get a fresh perspective, helping you find your own understanding of what you are dealing with, and learn coping strategies.

During sessions we will use meditation, visualization, journaling and other tools. I may also give you homework, so that your progress continues between sessions.

Duration: 50 minutes session

I offer counselling as a course of sessions over a period of weeks or few months.

Fee: 70 Euros /session

Free consultations

We start with a free phone/skype consultation. This is a 15-20 minute appointment, which is an opportunity for me to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions you might have, then we decide if we think my counselling sessions will be a good for you.
