Silent Mindfulness Meditation Day

Step into a peaceful space…let go of distractions and settle the mind, connect with the breath, body and heart through the mindfulness practice.

This retreat is opened to those who have previous meditation experience, especially to those who have completed MBSR, MBCT or other mindfulness or meditation courses or workshops.

The day will be spent in silence, with a MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) range of guided meditations that will help you to engage and deepen your mindfulness practice.

During the day I will guide you through mindfulness meditation practice like sitting
meditations, mindful breathing, body scan, movement exercises, mindful outdoor walking and mindful lunch (please bring your own lunch so we all can eat together in silence).

We offer mats and cushions but you are also welcome to bring your own mat, cushion, or blanket you like to use in your practice.

It is best to dress in layers of loose, comfortable clothing and bring shoes to change or stay in socks.

Tea, coffee, snacks are provided.

You might take a notebook for journaling if you wish to.
