Summer Special
+ outdoor exercises and picnic in the nearby Park, if the weather is nice!

Sunday 11.00-15.00 plus lunch/picnic= 6 hrs of body and mind chillout!

Summer in the city mini retreat is an idea for all who are staying in the lovely Berlin for the summertime …instead of swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. 😊
Don’t worry, here you can relax and recharge your batteries too!

You can expect a fusion of Pilates/stretching and mindfulness meditation (plus an explanation if you don’t know what any of that is).
Then you can stay with us for a post-workshop picnic in the nearby park or lunch in the lovely Schoenberg area!
Just sign in and relax your body and calm your mind!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

MINDFULNESS

There’s no getting around it — meditation and mindfulness has huge benefits and increases your levels of energy, happiness, inspiration and inner peace.
During workshop we will offer various practices / meditations to help you focus on being in tune with the body and breath and so learning to appreciate the current moment. So much of our lives are spent dwelling on the past, or planning ahead – this is our time to appreciate the here and now!

PILATES & HEALTHY BACK STRETCHING

Pilates exercises are designed to improve postural alignment and strengthen our muscles. With a strong focus on mastering effective breathing patterns to facilitate movement, Pilates focuses on both the mind and the body. The key benefits of Pilates include strong core, strong and stable joints, improved posture, balance and reduced lower back pain, as well as helping to relieve stress and tension.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to connect with your body and awaken the energy within.

GRATEFULNESS

The benefits of practising gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they’re thankful for, experience more positive emotions, feel more fulfilled, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.
Practising gratefulness can be a life changing experience.

AMELIA

Amelia is a Pilates, stretching, healthy back personal trainer and nordic walking instructor, motivation & healthy lifestyle coach with a holistic approach. She loves spending her free time on reading, meeting people and on skydiving. She is a world record holder in the women big skydiving formation.
